My name is Emily, I am a child sleep consultant and founder of Fox and The Moon Infant Sleep Services. 

My aim is simple, to provide tailored, individual advice to individual families.

Let’s face it social media is saturated with parenting advice, a lot of that is sleep advice. It can be really overwhelming to decipher what will work best for your baby, child and your family.
There is a lot of pressure for our babies to “sleep through” from an early age and when they don’t do that, we can feel like we aren’t doing a good enough job. Let me tell you, you are.

When I first became a Mother the realities of how that felt and how my life changed had a massive negative impact on my mental health. I believed I would just have the instinct to be confident in the decisions I was making for my son but I didn’t feel confident, I felt out of control. I believe that if I had the knowledge I have now on infant sleep, developmental changes, and normal baby behaviour, I wouldn’t have felt so out of control and out of my depth.
I decided to arm myself with as much knowledge as I could from reputable science and evidence-based sources. I qualified as a Child Sleep Consultant to help other families feel empowered and confident about their children’s sleep. The biggest effect this has is that babies and children sleep better, and parents are more rested.

I help families teach better sleep habits to older children, I educate and encourage parents to try different strategies with their babies sleep to help improve and achieve their own individual sleep goals. This looks different for each family therefore my approach is flexible and adaptable, but the ultimate goal is to improve your child’s sleep and help you, as parents, feel more empowered and confident in making that happen and then maintaining it.

A comprehensive sleep plan for you to action the Badger package plus an additional two weeks of immediate telephone support from 8am – 8pm.
